Agility Skills is for students who have done some agility training and want to fine-tune trouble spots like weave poles, teeter, and two on-two off contacts.

Agility Head Start is for pups and dogs who want a great foundation before continuing with agility training.  We will introduce targeting, the tippy board, tunnels, flat work, and more.

Canine Freestyle is a combination of obedience, tricks and agility, all set to music.  You'll discover your own sense of rhythm and your dog's natural gait while incorporating heel work, turns, spins, and more.  It's so much fun!  No prior dance experience required; open to dogs of any age and skill level.

Canine Good Citizen 1 teaches the basic foundation skills from the AKC’s Canine Good Citizen Program, including sit, down, accepting a friendly stranger, staying in place, sitting for petting, walking on a loose lead, and appearance and grooming.  This class is ideal for anyone who is interested in pet therapy or simply wants a well-rounded and well-behaved dog.  Open to dogs of any age and skill level.

Canine Good Citizen 2 teaches the advanced skills from the AKC's Canine Good Citizen Program, including walking on a loose lead, walking through a crowd, recall (come here), reaction to another dog, reaction to distraction, and supervised separation.  This class is ideal for anyone who is interested in pet therapy or simply wants a well-rounded and well-behaved dog.  Open to dogs of any age and skill level.
Clicker 101 will teach you to use the clicker to perfect existing skills and quickly train new behaviors.  Come check out this cutting edge approach to training!  Beginners welcome - clickers provided.

Come On, Let's Go! provides intensive practice on recall (come here) and leash walking skills.  Enjoy your walks without pulling, and feel confident that your dog will respond when called.

Continuing Nose Work is for students who have completed Intro to Nose Work.  We will build on your dog's drive and search skills with more challenging hides, including additional exterior and vehicle searches, plus introduce pairing with odor (birch).

Curious Canines will unleash your dog's inner Pet Star!  Each week we will sample fun new skills like canine freestyle dancing, Rally obedience, tricks, and clicker training.

Drop In Training is for dogs over six months old.  This flexible class allows you to train when you want, work on what you want, and pay as you go.  A great way to get some extra practice on a particular skill or learn something new. Pre-registration is required so you can tell us about your dog and your training goals.

Family Dog Challenge will teach your dog good manners through fun and games.  Can you walk your dog while carrying a cup of coffee?  Have your dog stay while you open the door or eat a snack?  Ask your dog to ignore a tempting item on the ground?  Learn all this and more in an environment of friendly competition!

Intermediate Agility is recommended for dogs who are familiar with the basic obstacles.  We'll increase your dog's comfort level with more challenging obstacles, work on off-leash reliability, and emphasize transitions and handling skills while running full courses.

Intro to Agility is a fun way to build your dog's attention and confidence.  We'll introduce various agility obstacles including  jumps, tunnels, the A frame, dog walk, and pause table, work on  safe handling skills, flat work and front and rear crosses, and run short course sequences.
Intro to Nose Work is perfect for dogs who love to sniff!  We'll use your dog's natural scenting abilities to locate a target scent or odor.  Click here to read more.  Dogs will be working individually, so reactive and/or shy dogs are welcome.  Please bring a crate to class.

Novice Obedience is perfect for anyone who wants a well-behaved companion dog.  We will teach and practice the AKC novice exercises including leash walking, sit stay and down stay, coming when called, and stand for exam.  Class includes a gentle introduction to competition obedience.  A great intermediate or refresher class.
On the Town is for dogs over six months old.  We'll take advantage of the natural distractions of downtown South Haven to practice real-life skills including loose leash walking, sitting at corners, and polite retail behavior.  Classes will be held outdoors.

Open Training Time is a drop-in class that lets you take advantage of our indoor heated training space to practice on your own with other dogs and their owners (a trainer will be present at all times).  Fee is $10/hour.  Contact us for more information.

Puppy Primer is for puppies up to six months old.  Socialization to people and other dogs is encouraged while we introduce and practice foundation cues such as sit, down, attention, and come here. Housetraining, puppy mouthing, jumping and other common issues will also be covered.

Ready to Rally is an introduction to this popular sport that emphasizes teamwork.  Practice your leash walking and stay skills with a new course each week.  Dogs should be able to reliably sit, down, stay, come when called and walk (reasonably) nicely on leash, but all experience levels are welcome.

Recall Reality will teach your dog to come when called, even with distractions.  Get a joyful and reliable recall!  A 25-30 foot long line is recommended for this class.  Open to dogs of any age.

Stay Focused will help you get and keep your dog's attention, work through increasing levels of distractions, and fine-tune your stay cue in a variety of settings.  We have a party at our last class to show off our skills!  Open to dogs of any age.

Talent Show has music, freestyle and tricks in the mix.  Join us for a great time and consider walking with our group at this year's Do-Dah parade!

Tricks and Clicks is a great way to have fun, bond with your dog, provide new challenges, and fine-tune your handling skills.  An introduction to clicker training is included (clickers provided).

Tweener Dog is for pups and dogs over six months old.  We'll practice impulse control as we refresh good manners skills like sit, down, stay, leash walking and coming when called.  Learn how to survive the "terrible tweens" and help your adolescent dog grow up to be a well-behaved companion.

Walk This Way is dedicated to polite on-leash behavior.  Learn how to get your dog to pay attention, walk without pulling, and be under control when passing people and other dogs.  Open to dogs of any age.
